This online payment feature is only for your monthly premium payments. Any renewal or endorsement payments must be made over the phone with your Agent or our Customer Service department.

NOTE! IF YOU MAKE A RENEWAL DOWN PAYMENT ON THIS SITE, YOU WILL NOT BE COVERED. YOU MUST TALK WITH AN AGENT!

By agreeing, you acknowledge that the information you enter regarding your Credit Card or financial institution will be used to make a single online payment of your insurance premium and you understand that the data will not be stored for any future use.

Please take careful note of the following points:

• You cannot make a monthly payment on this website if your policy is cancelled for non-payment. You must call our office today to make this payment. Our phone number is 312-427-1777.
• It is your responsibility to enter the correct payment amount when making a payment on this website. If you do not enter the correct amount, this may lead to a cancellation for nonpayment of premium.
• It is your responsibility to enter in all correct and valid information (name/address/phone number/account number/etc).
• I understand that I do not get credit for this payment until Northwest Insurance receives and posts this payment to your account. This may take 48-72 hours.
• Please make sure you get an approval number and a receipt thru your e-mail stating that your payment was approved. If you do not receive any of these please call our office immediately 312-427-1777.

Changes in Terms.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at our discretion. You will be asked to agree to these terms each time you register or log in to use the service.

• Service Limitations:

Our goal is to make the use of this site a pleasant and productive experience. However, we cannot always foresee or anticipate technical or other difficulties. These difficulties may result in loss of data, personalization settings or other service interruptions. For this reason, you agree that the online Services are provided "AS-IS," without warranties of any kind written or implied.

• Service Changes and Discontinuation:

Northwest Insurance has the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service, or any portion or feature at any time without notice.
